Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks: Safely operate loading docks and forklifts to move freight in and out of the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders: Accurately select and prepare products for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment maintenance: Perform daily inspections on machinery and report any maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Safety compliance: Adhere to all OSHA regulations and company safety protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, orderly warehouse floor and organize storage areas efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory handling.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- License: Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
