Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and handheld scanners (all equipment provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging to prevent shipping errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and workflow efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks in an efficient and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential for inventory accuracy.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Ability to obtain forklift certification (training provided).
