Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse staff, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Train new hires on standard operating procedures (SOPs), equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Optimize warehouse layouts and workflows to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Collaborate with logistics managers to ensure timely delivery and accurate order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, operations, or logistics.
- Valid forklift certification and experience with material handling equipment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
