Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inspect incoming freight for damage or discrepancies and document accordingly.
- Organize stock in the warehouse efficiently to optimize picking and packing processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory levels accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily productivity goals are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- No prior experience required—we provide on-the-job training.
