Responsibilities
- Coordinate expedited domestic/international shipments via air, ground, and ocean carriers
- Track and trace shipments in real-time using TMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Resolve customs clearance issues and maintain compliance documentation
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to prioritize time-sensitive orders
- Generate shipment reports and KPI dashboards for leadership review
- Build carrier relationships and negotiate competitive rates for urgent shipments
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination with high-volume experience
- Proficiency in WMS/TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certified Customs Broker (CBP) or equivalent logistics certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Exceptional problem-solving skills under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
