Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end shipping processes for domestic and international freight
- Manage documentation (BOLs, customs forms, commercial invoices)
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Optimize routing to minimize costs and delivery times
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and customs clearance issues
- Collaborate with warehouse, carriers, and clients
- Maintain accurate shipment records in logistics software
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in shipping/logistics coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines
- High school diploma; supply chain certification preferred
- Forklift license a plus
