Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground transport
- Manage customs documentation and compliance for port entries
- Track inventory levels and reconcile shipping discrepancies
- Liaise with carriers, clients, and warehouse teams
- Optimize routes to minimize transit costs and delays
- Maintain digital shipping records in ERP systems
- Resolve logistical issues proactively
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination
- Proficiency with TMS/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)
- Customs brokerage certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- OSHA/FMC regulatory knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
- Excellent bilingual English/Spanish communication
