Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic/international shipments via air, sea, and ground transport
- Maintain real-time tracking of all shipments and resolve delivery delays
- Collaborate with carriers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams
- Prepare shipping documentation (BOLs, invoices, customs forms)
- Optimize routes to minimize costs and transit times
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate warehouse receiving
- Implement process improvements for shipping efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years in logistics/shipping coordination role
- Proficiency in TMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS and customs regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Associate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
