Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently to load, unload, and move materials.
- Inspect forklift equipment daily to ensure it is in proper working condition and report any maintenance issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements into the WMS system.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift operator certification (OSHA preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating powered industrial trucks (PIT).
- Ability to read and understand basic safety labels and work orders.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
