Responsibilities
- Operate high-reach forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure safety compliance and equipment functionality.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and organize stock in designated storage areas efficiently.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies regarding hazardous materials handling.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (for reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, or cherry pickers).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Valid Driver’s License (if required for yard operations).
