Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (after training), and hand trucks, following all safety guidelines.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment using appropriate wrapping materials and machinery.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts and stock organization.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions precisely.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
