What You'll Do
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be the backbone of our fulfillment process, ensuring millions of packages are delivered safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label customer orders for shipment using various packaging materials and equipment.
- Pick, pack, and stage products in accordance with strict safety and quality standards.
- Operate heavy machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for damages or discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to prevent accidents.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for long periods.
- Ability to work in various environments, including temperature-controlled areas and outdoors.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not always required).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Flexibility to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
