Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process inbound shipments using RF scanners
- Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy within 99.5% tolerance
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Prepare outbound orders for same-day delivery to major retailers
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain 5S workplace standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak season surges
- Train on WMS systems and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work weekends during peak seasons
- Spanish bilingual skills a plus
