Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of warehouse associates to ensure productivity and safety standards
- Implement and maintain efficient workflow processes to meet company targets
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Coordinate with transportation teams for seamless logistics operations
- Train new hires on warehouse procedures and equipment operation

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
