Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders with high accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (as certified).
- Scan barcodes and maintain digital inventory records.
- Ensure warehouse aisles are clear and organized for efficient workflow.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects before processing.
- Load and unload shipments safely using proper lifting techniques.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions if working in a yard or dock.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights and weekends.
