Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 100% accuracy using handheld scanners.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during transit.
- Organize warehouse shelves and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
- Operate basic packing machinery and equipment safely.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to streamline workflows.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
