Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to shipping labels.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of warehouse equipment and work area.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order fulfillment.
- Communication: Good verbal communication skills to interact with team members.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliability: Clean background check and drug screening required.
