Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Verify and inspect incoming goods for accuracy and quality control.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to meet strict deadlines.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe warehouse workspace at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation processes.
- Follow all safety regulations, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
