Responsibilities
- Pick and pack orders accurately using RF scanners and handheld devices.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging.
- Label, box, and prepare shipments for timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
