Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Load Management: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution and safety protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging integrity before shipping.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills to understand work instructions and safety labels.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training for qualified candidates.
