Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines are strictly followed at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent contamination and accidents.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with precision and care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in temperatures below 40°F.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Certification in forklift operation is a plus but not required.
