Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack items according to customer orders and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect all products for damage or defects before packaging.
- Label, wrap, and prepare packages for shipment using proper safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
