Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and stage inbound and outbound freight using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and verify merchandise against customer orders with high accuracy to minimize errors.
- Operate warehouse management systems and handheld scanners to track inventory in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with the morning shift transition team to ensure a seamless handover of operations.
Qualifications
- Availability to work the overnight shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Willingness to participate in our comprehensive paid training program to learn warehouse operations.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Jersey City facility.
