Job Summary:
As an Order Packer, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring that every customer receives their order on time and in perfect condition.

Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and verify orders against customer shipping documents.
- Ensure proper packaging materials are used to prevent damage during transit.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
