Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual techniques
- Inspect and sort inventory according to quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records via warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping procedures
- Operate material handling equipment with precision and care
- Support inventory cycle counts and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work morning/afternoon/evening shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
