Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Inspect forklifts for mechanical issues and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations while on the warehouse floor.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, orderly work environment.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against bills of lading.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator License (valid).
- Minimum 1 year of previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and inventory tracking.
