Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize freight using forklifts and pallet jacks in temperature-controlled zones.
- Monitor and record temperature logs to ensure compliance with safety regulations and product integrity.
- Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and facility areas.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with high accuracy and speed.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or cold storage facility is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in varying temperatures.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
