Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery (Reach Trucks, Order Pickers, etc.) in strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Load, unload, and stage materials with precision to ensure warehouse integrity.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate digital logs of stock movements.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and minor maintenance on forklift equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize loading procedures and meet daily throughput targets.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30) with a valid certification on file.
- Minimum 1-2 years of verifiable experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle record check.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and navigating uneven surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex safety protocols.
