Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to delivery vehicles.
- Conduct routine safety checks on forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and stock verification.
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized and adheres to 5S standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (Valid forklift license required).
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and documentation.
