Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately fulfill customer orders using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and organize inventory storage areas.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safe Handling: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- General Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and punctuality are essential.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
