Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve products from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and pick tickets.
- Accurately pack items into boxes, ensuring proper protection, labeling, and weight distribution.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and verify order quantities against packing slips.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently to move stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve discrepancies and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours) and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to read and follow complex instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
