Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before packaging to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, label, and stage inventory to maintain an organized warehouse layout.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in fast-paced environments.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; a positive attitude is a must!
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse floor, but helpful for internal transport).
