Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load, unload, and stage shipments in accordance with safety protocols and inventory accuracy.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure operational safety.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Verify inventory counts and document stock movements accurately.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for following safety manuals and logs.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong adherence to safety standards and a responsible work ethic.
