Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers with precision and efficiency.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform daily pre-shift inspections and report any mechanical issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Certification: Valid forklift operator certification (Class A, B, or C).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or material handling.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on safety and accuracy in inventory tracking.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
