Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently in a high-volume warehouse setting.
- Load, unload, and stage products for timely delivery using proper rigging techniques.
- Conduct daily pre-shift equipment inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular cycle counts.
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and ensure warehouse organization.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid and current Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience operating forklifts (High Reach, Counterbalance, or Reach Truck).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs on a frequent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex safety and operational instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
