Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and verify stock against work orders using handheld scanners.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and process returns efficiently.
- Equipment Operation: Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, order pickers) in a safe and compliant manner.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Communication Skills: Basic English proficiency for reading labels and following safety instructions.
- Experience: Prior warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required for local transport duties.
