As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that inventory is managed accurately and safely. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse setting, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and loading dock areas.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and other material handling equipment to ensure operational safety.
- Organize, stack, and label products according to established safety and inventory control procedures.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the inventory management system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with the warehouse team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant) is required.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a professional warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
