Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies with accuracy reports.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and transportation departments to ensure timely delivery of outbound shipments.
- Manage and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring they are in good working condition.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics management.
- Valid forklift certification and experience operating heavy machinery.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven track record of leadership, conflict resolution, and team development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
