Responsibilities
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Label packages clearly and apply appropriate shipping materials (tapes, boxes, bubble wrap).
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
- Sort, stock, and rotate inventory as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate scanners or handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and labeling.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
