Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Material Movement: Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safe handling of goods.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment efficiently and error-free.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs and digital records of all stock movements and discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus.
- License: Forklift certification (if required for role).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
