Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to move materials, stock inventory, and ensure the warehouse operates smoothly. If you have a valid license and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance on forklift equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Organize and stack inventory accurately to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Verify inventory counts and complete necessary documentation and paperwork.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (Must be present at interview).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
