Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper documentation and scanning procedures.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform routine safety checks and basic maintenance on forklifts and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Handle materials with extreme care to prevent damage and ensure product integrity.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (CDL Class A/B not required but preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid state-issued driver’s license.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
