Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (Reach, Counterbalance, and Pallet Jacks) in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload shipping trucks with accuracy and speed, verifying inventory against shipping documents.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through proper scanning and documentation.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, warehouse policies, and company procedures.
- Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless warehouse operations and order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Certified forklift operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred but willing to train candidates with experience).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous forklift operation experience.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
