Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform pre-shift equipment inspections to ensure machinery is in safe working condition.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and tagging stock as required.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
- Valid forklift certification (CDL Class B preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
