Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse facility.
- Verify inventory accuracy by performing cycle counts and checking shipping documents.
- Ensure the safe and efficient organization of stock to optimize warehouse flow.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Clean work areas and maintain a professional appearance in uniform.
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating a forklift (Counterbalance or Reach) is required.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (CL/CDL) or willingness to get certified.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
