Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections of machinery to ensure safe operation and report any maintenance issues.
- Ensure accurate inventory placement and organization of stock.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by adhering to 5S standards.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (OSHA compliant).
- Previous experience operating sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging data.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
