Responsibilities
- Operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials efficiently.
- Inspect and perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and other warehouse equipment to ensure safe operation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records by scanning and logging stock movements into the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Assist in general warehouse duties as required, including packing and palletizing.
Qualifications
- Valid forklift certification (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience operating heavy machinery in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
