Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and reach forklifts to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Verify inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts and stock inspections.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Prepare and stage pallets for shipment according to shipping orders and shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Assist with general warehouse duties, including packaging and labeling.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and current forklift operator certification (reach truck and order picker preferred).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable forklift experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.
