Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring accurate inventory counts and placement.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect equipment daily for any mechanical issues or safety hazards.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse managers and team members.
- Follow all company protocols for shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- Certification: Must possess a valid forklift certification (OSHA compliant).
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of previous forklift operating experience preferred.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, pick tickets, and verify quantities.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and willing to work flexible hours, including overtime.
