Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
- Verify inventory accuracy and reconcile stock discrepancies using warehouse management systems.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks and containers, ensuring timely delivery schedules are met.
- Perform regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or material handling preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
